General responsibilities:
The Medical Representative at Hetero Labs Ltd. is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets and developing the brand in the Kyrgyz market. This position requires strong relationship management skills, in-depth product knowledge and a commitment to ethical standards in healthcare.
Main responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing:
- Promote Hetero pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including physicians, pharmacists and hospitals to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Conducting effective product presentations and informing about the benefits and features of Hetero medicines.
- Implementation of marketing strategies and fulfillment of sales plans in the territory.
2. Relationship Management:
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists and other stakeholders.
- Regular visits to doctors and pharmacies to learn about their needs and recommendations for Hetero products.
- Consulting clients, providing timely support and information.
3. Market analysis:
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and development of the healthcare industry in Kyrgyzstan.
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing insights to management.
4. Reporting and compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of activity, customer interactions and inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.
- Compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Training and development:
- Participate in training programs to update knowledge of Hetero products and the latest advances in the industry.
- Continuous improvement of sales skills and medical knowledge for effective interaction with medical specialists.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education in pharmacy, biological sciences or related disciplines.
- Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred, however graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage the assigned territory.
- Languages: Knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages is required
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Customer engagement level, including number of visits and interactions.
- Feedback and satisfaction of health workers.
- Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
